Its not up to us to make decisions when we don't have the power. If a director wanna do a project, he has to go through the club because the club is gonna subsidize for that project. Same to me, if someone is treating me, I won't order whatever i want, but whatever that person says "yes". Make sense? Doesn't make decision doesn't mean that person has no leadership qualities.
