smile
Most of the girls say that i can't smile.. same to the guys.. but.. should i be so sensitive to their words? smiling isn't difficult.. besides.. it is costless.! Why can't we smile more frequent.. And it might make someone around us happy! Let me tell those people out there who doesn't like to smile.. "A smile costs nothing, but when comes to service, it means everything." The word SERVICE.. meaning.. whatever you are doing.. especially when doing CHARITY.!

Cold Feet of Penguins
Additional Information about Penguins..
Why do Antartic penguins' feet not freeze in winter when they are in constant contact with the ice & snow? After doing research for so long, this is what i got.!
Penguins, like other birds that live in a cold climate, have adaptation to avoid losing too much heat and to preserve essential body temperature of about 40 C. The feet pose particular problems since they cannot be covered with insulation in the form of feather or blubber, yet have a big surface in area (similar consideration apply to cold climate mammals such as polar bears).
Two mechanisms are at work. First, the penguin can control the rate of blood flow to the feet by varying the diameter of arterial vessels supply in the blood. In cold condition the flow is reduced, when it is warm the flow increases. Human can do this too, which is why our hands and feet become white when we are cold n pink when we are warm. Control is very sophisticated and involves the hypothalamus and various nervous and hormonal system.
However, penguins also have "counter current" heat exchangers at the top of the legs. Arteries supplying warm blood to the feet break up into many small vessels that are closely allied to similar numbers of venous vessels bringing cold blood back from the feet. Heat flows from the warm blood to the cold blood, so little of it is carried down the feet.
In the winter, penguin feet are held a degree or two above freezing-to minimize heat loss, whilst avoiding frostbite, ducks and geese have similar arrangement in their feet, but if they are held indoors for weeks in warm condition, and then released onto snow and ice, their feet may freeze to the ground, because their physiology has adapted to the warmth and this causes the blood flow to feet to be virtually cut-off ans their foot temperature below freezing.

1st day in TARC
woke up in the morning.. lyk.. 5:30.. but.. i kelam-kabut.. then "ding" here "ding" there.. "dong" here.. "dong" there.. ok.. i think i'm late 4 my ORIENTATION..! yea.. went 2 TMN MEGAH's GEMBIRA makan.. then go TAR.. surprisingly.. i reach there within 1/2 hour..!
the 2 EMCEEs r HOT man..!(1 of them is KAH YUN..! woohoo..! HAN LIANG..! who say TARC chinese gal not chun..!) din noe TAR gals really so hot de.. thought oni got 1 leng lui.. (which is my er jie.. wen jie..!)
now i noe.. TARC got damn alot leng zhai.. but not many leng lui.. haiz.. havta MINUS OFF the aim i come 2 TAR.. luckily my father was here.. he did almost everything in my HOSTEL..! jeeezzz... DAI SIU YEA huh?! hehe..
i met my room-mate.. from kajang.. name.. DERRICK.. tall n big in size.. din noe he's another 180 degree transform person too..! he was quite leng zhai when he was in early form 4(saw his pic).. but now.. abt 1.5 of my size d.. he said he gonna swim..! n he's gonna pull me 2 swim with him too.. haiz.. so sad 4 an HYDROPHOBIC rice bucket..! sobs..
guys.. miss u all alot..! especially my lou pohs.. gei geis.. haiz.. everyone that i noe la..! loves.. ciao..!

Wife..
i was on a contract with this gal during LLC'08.. the main content of this contract was.. LIM CHONG SHENG will marry KONG MUN SUET for 6 days.. which is the duration of the camp.. after that.. is up 2 us 2 renew the contract.. or let it be.. but.. sadly.. we din do anything.. so we divorced.. she went with other ppl.. so i do.. i hav 7 wives now..! once hit 8..! but now.. eric divorced d.. so.. too bad..! but.. we splited.. is because..
